“I have been going to CRSSNY for about 2 years. I have ulcerative colitis and Dr. Balakumar has been amazing at helping me during any level of flare up to get me to a point that I am no longer as uncomfortable! The staff is so kind and super helpful! Getting an appointment is super easy and they really help work with your schedule. They care about what’s going on so they try to get you an appointment ASAP! The nurses that work with the doctors are super understanding and really helpful! They listen to what’s going on and explain what the doctor needs to do to help assess what is going on. I would definitely recommend this place if you are having any colorectal issues”
