What Sets Us Apart
Impressive Expertise
Our colorectal surgeons are all recognized leaders in their fields, and many of them serve as chiefs of colorectal surgery at various hospitals on Long Island and in the greater NYC area. Each of our physicians is double-board-certified and also an educator of future colorectal surgeons.
State-of-the-Art Facilities
We perform procedures in state-of-the art facilities. Colonoscopies and minor surgical procedures are performed in our own ambulatory surgical center, Meadowbrook Endoscopy Center, that is certified by the NYS Department of Health. Board certified anesthesiologists provide safe and reliable sedation. More complex procedures are performed at Mount Sinai South Nassau utilizing the most advanced technology available including the da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system and ALL of our patients stay in brand new private rooms.
Conservative Approach
We consider surgery to be a last resort in all cases. Before recommending surgery, our physicians will consider all non-surgical treatment plans and regimens. If colorectal surgery is the best choice for your health, we use the least invasive methods possible, utilizing laparoscopic and robotic technology.
